DocSend Pricing in 2026: every plan, explained

DocSend has four plans, from $10 to $300 a month, and no free tier. Two of them are priced per user. Data rooms only arrive on the third. Here is what each plan costs, what it includes, and what a founding team actually pays over a raise.

Yearly billing is paid up front and saves up to 40 percent. Personal and Standard multiply by the number of users; Advanced and Advanced Data Rooms are flat and include three users.

What a founding team really pays

The headline price is for one seat. Most raises involve two or three founders who all want to see who opened the deck, and by the time you need a data room for diligence you are on Advanced. The table shows the monthly bill at each step.

A seed round typically runs three to six months. Three founders on DocSend Standard for six months is $810 to $1,170; add a data room and it is $900 to $1,500. The same six months on Pitchroom Startup is €120 to €150 for the whole team, data room included. The free plan covers tracked deck links and analytics on its own.
